A luxury villa, currently one of the best on the Canary Islands, is located in the south of Tenerife in the heart of the most prestigious resort - El Duque. It is a quiet residential area, surrounded by green parks and gardens, and it will take you only 10-15 minutes by walking to the majority of the entertainment centers, shops, restaurants, five-star hotels, a beautiful El Duque beach and a long pedestrian promenade. The villa has all the necessary household equipment.

The mansion Finca La Rosa de los Ventos is designed for a comfortable stay of 12-14 people. Total 7 sleeping rooms.

Fruit garden: a small banana plantation, papaya, mango, peaches, guava, loquat, apples, lemons, olives, butterfly corner. Numerous gazebos and hammocks.

TERRACES

Round terraces of the ground and first floor offer you wonderful views to the ocean and La Gomera island. Each bedroom of the villa has its own access to the terrace separated by beautiful and shady palm trees. A big dining room designed for all the guests of the house is situated on one of the lower terraces.

MAIN HOUSE

The surface of the house is 850 m2. Ground and first floors.

The interior of the villa is devoted to the sea travels. All elements of the interior design are made in the ship's style and the furniture was made specifically for this house in a small Italian family factory specializing in luxury yachts interiors. We have used many unique items and original ancient ship parts in the design of this villa.

Hall-reception. A study with a sofa bed. A small library dedicated to the ocean and sea travels. WC. Wardroom for 10-12 people. Fully equipped, professional kitchen. All rooms on the ground floor have access to a big round terrace.

Small kitchen and lounge-dining room for 4 people,

2 bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom and terrace.

The guest house is designed for comfortable accommodation of 4 people.

The rental price includes:
