It is quite strange to find an ancient mansion like in a book story about the colonial times and plantation owners in the middle of the south Tenerife resorts built-up with modern villas and hotels. Hidden from the curious eyes, the mansion Santa María is situated on the quiet shady street of a small southern town of Callao Salvaje. 

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms in the villa. Comfortable stay of 10 persons.

Facilities: heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, massage room, gym, open-air cinema, barbecue. Apple TV, Internet, safety box, 2 fireplaces, full set of dishes and kitchen appliances. Parking. Utility rooms for cleaning and laundry.

OUTDOOR AREA

The mansion´s surface is about 1500 m2. One of the main advantages of Santa María is a big well-tended garden with picturesque coast and ocean views. In the shade of fruit trees, tall palms and exotic plants you will find a variety of chill-out areas with rattan chairs, hammocks and cozy terraces.

POOL & SPA

In the mansion there is a heated open swimming pool (70 m2) thar repeats the colors of the ocean. It has the latest filtering system that permits to avoid the use of bleach that makes it safe for children and allergic people. Nearby we have installed an open-air cinema with huge 3m screen, so you can enjoy your favourite moovies almost from any part of the mansion. If you like hydromassage, you can relax in our jacuzzi situated in the shade if the tall palms while the lovers of SPA will be able to enjoy Turkish bath and sauna. Close to the SPA area there is a massage room and outdoor showers as well as an open solarium situated along the swimming pool.

CHILL OUT AREA

On the big terrace decorated with wood we offer our guests equipped chill-out zone, barbecue area and dining table for 12 people.

Interior design of the mansion is perfomed in tropical colonial style of the age of descovery, exploration, adventure and travels. A variety of antique items, unique paintings and accessories, ancient instruments and maps have been used in the interior decoration. Moreover, most of the furniture is made by individual order.

TERRACE

We present you a luxury experience to do sport enjoying the best sunsets and waves of the Atlantic ocean in a small gym equipped on the terrace on the first floor.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM

On the ground floor our guests have at their disposal a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 10 people, a big equipped kitchen and a hall.

HUMBOLDT SUITE

The right wing of the mansion is occupied by Humboldt suite with private entrance. It consists of a bathroom, a hall and a spacious bedroom with the access to the garden.

CALIPSO & KON-TIKI BEDROOMS

Kon-Tiki and Calipso bedrooms as well as one more bathroom are situated in the left wing of the house. Both bedrooms have garden view. Kon-Tiki bedroom is perfomed in tropical style while Calipso has a fresh sea design.

INDIANA SUITE

Indiana suite consists of bathroom, independent walk-in wardrobe and small balcony with city and ocean view.

DARWIN SUITE

Darwin suite consists of bathroom, independent walk-in wardrobe and access to a big terrace with city and ocean view.

LIVING ROOM-LIBRARY

On the first floor you can find a living room with convertible sofa, fireplace, reading corner, small library (we provide you with a selection of books in Russian and Spanish devoted to the scientists who have left a mark in Tenerife) and a wide terrace with sea view.

The rental price includes:

• Professional housemaid service twice a week, bed linen change once a week, gardener services, SPA and swimming pool maintenance.
